Error exporting data from Feature service

I have a problem in exporting data from a particular layer in a feature service. I am getting the following error 

I am able to export the data from other layers from the same service. I also tried increasing SOC heap size of Arcgis server but no use. please help #arcgis-desktop‌ #arcgis-server‌ #arcgis server soc‌ #export data‌

It's hard to say 100% based on the description provided, but I believe that this issue is related to multi-byte characters in the service description and is fixed in ArcGIS for Server 10.3.
