Hi everyone,
a couple of days ago I noticed that I was not able to stop any service of my Enterprise 11.5 site. The server log says that the service "is currently being configured by another administrative operation".
I restarted ArcGIS Server service and the machine where it's installed, and I followed the steps given in Error: Service is Currently Being Configured by Another Administrative Operation, but the error persisted.
Then I tried to delete the site to recreate it from the scratch, but probably something went wrong: when I try to create a new site, the process fails with this error: "Failed to create the site. Cluster 'default' is currently being configured by another administrative operation. Please try again later."
What should I do to check that every reference of the old site has been deleted?
