I did an Upgrade of my Single Machine Deployment Portal from 11.1 to 11.3

After the upgrade all services worked well so I didn´t look closer. The next morning some services "didn´t wake up" and took 1 min or longer for the response.
In the log I found the following message for every service

"ArcSOC not bounded to RMI Registry with contextID: xyz"

Because I couldn´t find any information, I decided to try a migration to a fresh installed machien with webgisdr.

Now the restore is interrupted with the same error message.

Does anyone have informations about this error?

Thanks!

I also found these errors after upgrading from 11.1

I have recovered my deployment.

I found the issue was

arcgisserver\config-store\machines\<servername>.<domain>.json

And

arcgisserver\config-store\version.json

were both corrupted.

I stopped the ArcGIS Server service and copied these files in from another similarly configured ArcGIS Server deployment and then renamed / configured the files appropriately for the server with the issue, then restarted the ArcGIS Server instance.

Hi Tom, thanks for your answer.
That didn´t helped me.

But what do you mean by "corrupted" I could open and edit the files.
