I am not sure if this was meant to be posted here as a question related to ArcGIS Enterprise, but I do want to thank you for bringing it to this community's attention.
Esri products that leverage mobile cellular connections (all the field collection apps) may be affected by such an issue with Apple's iOS update, but it seems that Apple has since corrected the problem.
If there is ever an impact on one of our products due to a third party component out of our control, then we will be sure to let our users know and communicate all relevant information accordingly.
