We do not have a Versioned Geodatabase, looking for the best strategy to ensure data integrity for mobile mapping.

I read there are two geodatabase strategies available:
1) Distributed geodatabase 2) Replica tracking

Is the Distributed geodatabase only for a parent/child relationship between Enterprise gdb? Or can you have a parent/child relationship between an Enterprise gdb and multiple File gdb?

Would the Replica tracking be the preferred tool for managing multiple offline maps and/or file gdb??

Take a look here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.5/help/data/geodatabases/overview/replication-types.htm

Be sure to review the Choose a replica type section.......

You should be able to use either: Checkout/check-in replication or One-way replication

If you use replication in an Enterprise Geodatabase, you can have multiple replicas in parent / child relationship: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.5/help/data/geodatabases/overview/distributed-data-scenarios.htm

Another option is to look at feature services: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.5/help/data/geodatabases/overview/prepare-data-for-collaboration...

Hi George,
Thanks for your reply.
My question was do the Parent/Child gdb all have to be Enterprise gdb.
Or can you Replicate a Parent Enterprise gdb and Child File gdb?
