Hello,

I did not do my due diligence and research before deleting an image service.  Oh to go back and do it properly using the Delete Map Server Cache Tool.  Anyway...

Is it okay to delete the entire directory and sub folders pictured in my screenshot from Windows Explorer?

Thank you.

That is right.  If those services no longer exist, it is safe to delete those folders.

Yes, perfectly OK if the service is already deleted.    Delete from one level above what you ahve highlighted i.e. the folder that is named with the service name.

Thank you, Michael for replying to my inquiry.

Okay.  Just to clarify...because...we all get a little nervous when deleting folders..

I've re-attached the screenshot creating red boxes around the level I think you are referring to in my original screenshot.

Also...do I need to stop all services before I do this action?
