@Serigne_MomarThiam Perhaps it is an older connection file and parameters are no longer valid. Suggest to recreate the connection file on the machine where you are registering the database connection. The error message suggests a parameter is missing. When recreating the Geodatabase connection, you will validate all the connection parameter and then register with server.  64-bit Microsoft ODBC driver for SQL Server is required.

@ AyanPalit Thanks for your response. However, i install at the beginning Microsoft ODBC 64 bits for SQL 13.1 Server 2016. When I create a database connection i use ArcGIS Pro 3.0 I don't if it's compatible with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.

Thanks

@Serigne_MomarThiam Based on your information, I do not see any compatibility issues. Does the geodatabase connection from ArcGIS Pro validate? If not, you should troubleshoot this before proceeding with registering database connection with ArcGIS Server.
