When I create a new featureclass in SDE, it was created with the username as prefix by default.
Example: user1.testFeatureClass
But I want to create a featureclass without having the username as prefix. How to accomplish this?

The Feature Name can not be changed. Although you can change the Alias. This would make sure when you add the feature to ArcMap, the alias name would be assigned as the layer name.
