When attempting to connect to our ArcGIS Server through 6443 or 6080 Inside of ArcMap (or when trying to publish a map service via python) I get the message "The Certificate you are viewing does not match the name of the site you are trying to view." This message just started happening over the weekend and as far as I can tell nothing has changed and the certificate is still in a valid timeframe.

If this was not happening previously then it is likely that the certificate has expired.

Would this be the self signed certificate by the ArcGIS Server Machine? How to I make sure the 6443 certificate is correct?

Hi Lloyd,

If you changed your server communication settings from HTTP to HTTPS Only, or changed the name of your Server, you will need to generate a new self-signed certificate.

Configure ArcGIS Server with a self-signed certificate—ArcGIS Server Administration (Windows) | ArcG...

Hope this helps!
