Cannot connect license Manager after deauthorize one Arcgis Desktop concurrent license

Hi, I am trying to deauthorize 1 out of 10 desktop standard concurrent license. After I completed the deauthorize process, the total numbers of available was changed to 9. 

However, when I try to open ArcMap to connect license manager, an error was ocurred and failed to open ArcMap. Attached the error screen.

Here is the config

Arcgis license manager 2021.0, Windows Server 2008R2, using ArcMap 10.6.1

Best to contact Esri Support, it appears your license file may have been corrupted during the deauthorization process.
