Need some help; 
Description:
- Trying to configure notebook server. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 base deployment, notebook server sandbox, windows 10 Pro
- very first time federated the notebook server, docker had some issue; uninstalled notebook server without undeferating
- reconfigured notebook server, definitely the previously notebook federation does not work, breaks.
- trying to undeferate; encountering error:
error" : { "code" : 500, "message" : "Failed to unfederate server '<hostname>:11443 (id: CWCuwnLqmWvwSA9u)'. The server at 'https://<hostname>:11443/arcgis/admin/mode' returned an error. Invalid Token. [\"Token would have expired, regenerate token and send the request again.\",\"If the token is generated based on the referrer make sure the referrer information is available with every request in header.\"]", "details" : null- any help would be appreciated.
