I have created a network analysis server service on my ArcGIS Enterprise to generate routes within a city. My goal is to create routes with a specified source and destination while considering factors such as temporary roadblocks and real-time traffic conditions, which may originate from different providers.
What will be the best practice to store roadblocks data which will be considered while generating route.
Additionally, I'm looking to incorporate a service for real-time traffic data into my network analysis server. Can you advise me on the steps to add such a service and integrate it into my route creation workflow?
