We are having a big problem with ArcMap (10.6.1) under Citrix 7.15. When you open the Print or Export Map window from the File menu, the window stays hidden behind the main ArcMap window.Moving the main window aside is not possible because it is not active, so the user gets totally stuck.
Has anyone else had this problem and been able to solve it, or has anyone any clue how to solve it?
We wanted to upgrade to 10.6.1 because 10.5.1 is not compatible with Citrix 7.15, and 10.6(.1) is. ArcMap 10.5.1 has the same problem. And Citrix 7.14 is almost end of support.

Maybe a bit late, but anyway...
The solution to this was to use the Citrix Workspace App instead of Citrix XenApp.
I just want to note that to my knowledge the Citrix Workspace App had not been released when ESRI certified ArcMap 10.6 for Citrix XenApp 7.15. It seems the certification is more of an exercise on paper...
Just a warning here: in the above although Desktop works with Citrix Workspace App version 1809, there has been an issue when using database connections and the ArcToolbox together in ArcCatalog. In that situation ArcCatalog can hang for several minutes.
Now we are testing Workspace App 1812, and this problem has become much worse: ArcCatalog hangs altogether and does not recover, every time we use ArcToolbox in combination with database connections.
