ArcGIS Server Pricing

I cannot find any good info on ArcGIS server pricing. Could someone help me find a resource or pricing guide?

and although I don't think that page actually has prices, near the bottom of the page they have links to find out more info.

Esri software pricing is like healthcare pricing, no transparency and everything is negotiable.  That said, Esri's GSA Federal Schedule will give people an idea of price points.  If one searches for "esri gsa federal schedule" and looks for results from gsaadvantage.gov; he/she will likely find a pricelist available as a PDF.

Using that link you have to fill out a form to prove you are worthy. 

Esri does not understand that by not publishing prices, the assumption is "I probably can't afford it so I won't even bother to ask."
