Install ArcGIS Server 10.9.1, ArcGIS Desktop 10.6 Publishing Maps, After my map is published, I restart the OS and connect to the arcgis server manager url, but the platform cannot be displayed, the screen that needs to build the platform appears.

I can use ArcGIS Server Manager and view the map normally until I restart the OS

Is this an OS permission setting issue?

I think you're going to have to provide a lot more details about what you're trying to achieve, what you've done already and what's not working for you. Then I'm sure you'll get some helpful responses.

For my clarity,:

  • Are you using ArcMap 10.6 to publish to ArcGIS Server 10.9.1?
  • Is this all installed on the same machine?
  • What is the reasoning behind restarting the OS?
  • What do you mean by "The platform does not appear the screen that needs to build the platform appears."? Does this mean that ArcGIS Server is inaccessible or asks you to rebuild the site?

Screenshots (especially of the platform discrepancies) would be awesome, so that I can get my footing with this.

Keep on keeping on!

  • Are you using ArcMap 10.6 to publish to ArcGIS Server 10.9.1?
    • Yes, before reboot, can be seen after publishing.

  • Is this all installed on the same machine?
    •  Installed on two different vm.
  • What is the reasoning behind restarting the OS?
    • OS updates and vm RAM settings, Then restart the ArcGIS Server vm.
  • What do you mean by "The platform does not appear the screen that needs to build the platform appears."? Does this mean that ArcGIS Server is inaccessible or asks you to rebuild the site?
    • After restarting the system,Open ArcGIS Server Manager.

Where do the configuration store and directories live for the site, on a network share or locally on disk? It would also be helpful to review ArcGIS Server logs (may want to temporarily set to debug level to get full information) for an explanation of why the machine is being removed from the site.
