Hi -  I have recently noticed that I cannot select map service folders or single map services via the checkbox while in

the Manager statistics page when using Chrome version 54.x and now at version 55.0.2883.87

Server Stats Page Error

Basically the checkboxes don't activate.  I can't say exactly when this occured, sometime over the last 10 days.  I then updated to chrome 55 yesterday, same behavior.  I then noticed I hadn't updated the latest manager service pack:

Announcement: Errors Encountered in ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS Web Apps after Certain Brows...

But after running this sp, still same behavior.  ie11 and edge are ok-

Thanks,

David

I see this in 10.5 and will log an issue.

Thanks Randall.  I should have mentioned our server level at 10.4.1 . . .

I see this on our servers also, 10.3.1.  I also tried the Upload Patch but with no change.

We notice same issue too on 10.3.1 with Chrome 55.0.2883.75 m (64-bit) with Ulpload Patch already installed. No problem with Edge or Firefox 50.0.2

I am running AGS 10.3.1 and I have the same issue with Chrome 55.  AGS was working fine for me and I wanted to check my Chrome version (for another reason) which automatically updates Chrome to the latest version which created this issue that was not there before the Chrome upgrade.

Does anyone know how to Identify your Chrome version without executing the auto-update of Chrome?

AGS Manager works fine on other computers where Chrome has not been updated.

chrome://version in the address bar should do it.

Randall:

I don't see the Chrome version in the address bar.  Do you know how to configure Chrome to display the version in the address bar?

Hi Michael,

You can type in chrome://version in the address bar, and the browser will respond with properties. For instance, on mine:

Thanks Randall.  I sure wish I had that info before Chrome was auto-updated.
