As per my org's security requirements in regards to SDE, I am in the process of overwriting AGS 10.7.1 mapservices patched to Oracle 19c with new SDE connections in the source AGS mxd. The mapservice has only been managed in ArcMap with no connection whatsoever to Pro. Unfortunately, I am getting a warning that a service created in Pro cannot be overwritten from ArcMap, which is not how this service was created.
Has anyone ever encountered this erroneous error alluding to Pro for AGS mapservice administration when only ArcMap has been used?
