My arcgis server 10.1 was working properly somedays before but now it is showing the error bellow where DELLPC is my laptop Name and i have install all at single laptop but still it gives error message, plz help me.
"ERROR: Server machine 'DELLPC' is currently being configured by another process. Please try again later.'"

and my other question is how to set the proxy for net and also to work on arcgis server 10.1.
