ArcGIS Online Web App wants to access your ArcGIS Enterprise account information

I was in the process of recreating an offline area for a web map when I get this pop up:










I have used every account in my organization but cannot get passed this screen to use the map viewer for anything. Has anyone had this happen out of nowhere and how did you fix it?
