agssom.exe in v10.2 to Manage ArcGIS Server Services

To All ArcGIS Server Users and Administrators:

Is there a version of agssom.exe that is available specifically for v10.2, as this is what I am using in v10.0 to manage services from scheduled tasks?

If this is not available, is there alternate software that can manage services through scheduled tasks?

Hi,

I don't believe there is a 10.1/10.2 version of the AGSSOM utility, but there are command line utilities available:

You can start/stop services and manage caches with the utilities.

It looks like the guys from Boston did recompile agssom for 10.1 and presumably 10.2.
I'm not 100% sure if agssom needs to compile against a particular version with the changes from 10.1/10.2 compared to 10.0.

In short, both these samples build off the command line tools idea that Steve posted, but leveraging the API via .NET or Python.

Make sure the box on the left side "show desktop content" has been checked
