Hi,

Can anyone suggest if we could resolve the issue when we copy items from one portal to portal or AGOL to Portal we are getting the following error when we copy feature service.layer?

What workflow are you using to migrate content? I am not familiar with the interface in the screenshot you included.

Is the feature service (Halifax_International_Airport) an ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer?

Its a Portal admin tool and this service is an ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer.

Is this the tool you are referring to? Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online (Pro) - ArcGIS Marketplace Listing 

If so, this is not an Esri product. In that sense, you may have better chances of getting support from the manufacturer's website: https://www.geo-jobe.com/
