10.9.1 Portal java appear in task manager details begin running but disappears. Portal page not available. In Azure builder machine

HI. 

Machine: VM in azure create with builder. all products version 10.9.1 in the same machine.

Was working fine, suddenly the web page of portal says not responding. Go to the Vm and restart all the services. In task manager details ,Notice that the java from portal begin to go up but suddenly disappear.

Find people with similar problem and verify, disk space, server.xml, logs. No luck.

I found that begin 2 java from portal and disappears. only one persist and  is the javaw that says is reindex.

Found a blog that someone has similar and was the reindex, but cant do the method because ours is 10.9.1

any ideas??
