I am using Enterprise builder to install a single site Portal with Server on Windows 10 Enterprise.  The install appears to go well, but the setup in the browser keeps failing.  I get the following message:  Unable to register the Portal with the Web Adaptor. Please make sure that the Portal is running and that the account specified has administrative privileges.

(Screenshot attached).

There does not appear to be a Portal service running (I am not sure if there should be, also screenshot attached).

This is my first time installing Enterprise, but I have gone through and made sure I did everything in the instructions.  I am not even sure which account it is referring to.  How do I verify if portal is running and if it is not, why would that be that case?

Hi George,

The Portal service name is Portal for ArcGIS, so you'll need to scroll down within the service view to see it.

If you observe that the Portal for ArcGIS service is not running, verify that port 443 is enabled and configured with a valid SSL certificate in IIS.

Hello George,

What do the resources look like on this machine? I.E. the RAM and the CPU?
