Web Editor does not open

Hi everbody,

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, the web editor does not open, I could not find a source about the reason. he page does not respond, it remains a white page.

@JohnGoat Have you ever been able to open the Web Editor since it was installed? Or did this just start to happen?

The warnings you see in the console are not the issue.

After installation I ran the application and did not experience any problems. It just updated the Google Chrome version.

thanks @JohnGoat What version of Google Chrome did you update to?  Can you open Web Editor in another browser, such as Edge or Firefox?

Chrome version is 131.0.6778.265 - Edge 132.0.2957.115 - Firefox 134.0.1 (64-bit)

I tried with Edge and Firefox but still couldn't log in. stuck on the white page

@JohnGoat if this is an issue with other browsers, that seems to indicate it may not be a browser issue. I'd see if the portal can be be restarted and see if anything has changed on the server/portal.

You could also provide the network traffic when you try to connect - that might point to an issue.

@CraigWeber Are you running into this issue on Enterprise 11.3?  What is the error or message you receive?  Can you reproduce the issue in multiple browsers?

@CraigWeber I upgraded to version 11.4 and the problem was solved. The problem was not solved in 11.3.

I think this error started after installing a patch in 11.3, before that I could use the web editor without any errors.

Any news regarding Web Editor not showing in AGE 11.3 ?

I am pretty sure that it used to work after the installation, but now I also have a blank page without error
