Varying line size(thickness) based on attribute value?

Syed,

In your mxd go to the properties of your line feature. Then go to the symbology tab and on the left click on Quantities. Here you can either go with Graduated symbols or with Proportional Symbols. Either way make sure you specify the field, that tells the width, is used as your "Value" field.
