I am using ArcGIS Portal 10.6.1.
We have a single user who cannot sign into ArcGIS Portal using their SSO credentials. We use SAML with Active Directory. All of our other users can sign in no problem except this one.
His Portal Profile is like this (Note: not user's real name, but the last name is hyphenated in reality):
