Hey all,
Recently, I've been collaborating with an off-site administrator to attempt to upload their state-wide data to our ArcGIS Enterprise Portal. They were able to create a hosted feature layer without issue, but when attempting to update this data, we were met with a blank screen. This occurs on-site and off-site. This does not occur when attempting to update FGDB-connected hosted feature layers, it allows updating without issue.

Hey all, an update,
I've spoken with ESRI Support as this may not have been seen by anyone here just yet, apparently this is a bug, that is fixed in 11.3, I would upgrade to fix this, but I'm not willing to spend the days and weeks fixing bugs and other issues that come up post-upgrade at this time.
BUG-0168110 is the bug.
The work-around detailed by ESRI Support was to do this here:
