I haven't been able to publish to portal for months now. I can successfully publish from file geodatabases, and I can copy from my sql database, but cannot publish referenced data from the sql database. I know this was possible in the past.
I've upgraded by database, I am using my editor login to the database with portaladmin login. My databases validate before I publish and then I get the error when trying to publish, go back to validate and they are no longer validated.
Any insight is greatly appreciated with this issue!
That seemed to work fine. I don't have issues with other logins, just this particular one and my operating system. I've had Esri run through privileges and everything looks correct. No passwords or anything has changed. I had a ticket with Esri open for over a year and they closed it without a resolution for this issue.
Was there a solution to this? Seeing the same thing with Enterprise on AWS version 11.1.
Got it to work. Restart Portal. It was having issue connecting to Hosting Server. Turn out there was an issue with Data Store a few days ago so restarted that and threw off portal for some reason. Did not see anything in logs for Portal or Server but restarting Portal fixed the issue.
