I am running into the agetaddrinfo ENOTFOUND error when trying to print reports on Survey123 from our Enterprise portal. Could anyone guide me to documents that explain:
1. How to determine if our deployment is public-facing
2. If it is not public-facing, how to change the configuration to make it public-facing
Also, what are the security implications of making the deployment public-facing?
