Shifting/re-locating a grid

Hi. I have created a grid in Hawth's tools to place over my study area. I have added this as a layer and I am
wondering if there is a way to shift or re-locate the grid so that it lines up where I would like it to. Thanks!

it might be easier for you to create grids over any study area using the Create Fishnet tool:
