when configure Web Adaptor for portal , after input the portal url, administrator username and password,
click the "configure" button , the new pop up window says:
"Unable to configure Portal with the Web Adaptor. Please make sure that the Portal machine is running and that the account specified has administrative privileges to the Portal."
Tried the portal manager link as follow it works fine:
https://portalmachine:7443/arcgis/home/
but when click the sign in button it says: Unauthorized.
