Portal for ArcGIS login issue when accessing My Content

Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 - HTTP and HTTPS, Domain certificate set at the Web tier.

Has anyone come across a login issue when accessing My Content? I've attached a video of the behaviour where it get's stuck in a redirect loop between HTTP and HTTPS. I have seen this on a couple of machines now and I've narrowed it down to an Internet Explorer issue on certain machines but can't work out what setting is causing this. Clearing the cache and running in compatibility mode makes no difference.

Hi Chris,

Just a guess

It could be a web-adaptor issue (configured in http).

- Go to https://<FQDN>/<WebAdaptorName>/portaladmin

-  Click on System > Web Adaptor > Click on the web adaptor name hyperlink.

Check if the web adaptor URL is in http://

If yes, try editing it (add "/edit" to the URL) to work on https:// alongwith the FQDN name.

The portal will be restarted.
