Hi,
I've a problem with my ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.
I've published a Point Cloud Scene Layer (hosted) and the publishing process runs without problems. It also shows in the Scene Viewer without problems.
After some time, I try to open the same scene and it displays me "<Layer> cannot be added. Server error unable to process request". The only solution I found is to publish again the scene layer.
I inspected the scene and found this line in the console:
[esri.views.3d.layers.PointCloudLayerView3D] #resolve() Failed to resolve layer view
