Is it possible to is the Plan Routes analysis tool in Portal, as it is available in ArcGIS Online.
I have configured Portal using the URL https://maps.doncaster.gov.uk/portal/sharing/servers/**my folder**/rest/services/World/Route/NAServer/Route_World to enable to use my AGOL credentials. This has enabled the basic Directions button at the top of the map window.
However it did not making the Plan Routes tool available.
I think I have to select Routing Utilities from the 'Directions and Routing' section of the utility service, but it does not accept the same URL.
Any suggestions?
