I'm displaying pie chart symbology with two variables (two slices) and using a third field as the variable for the symbol size. A single value is displayed next to the pie symbol in the TOC when using the field-based size option instead of the fixed size option, which shows no value in the TOC. This value appears to be locked and uneditable/removable.
This is a layer within an ArcGIS for Server service, so the TOC is as-is unlike a map with a legend that could be converted to graphics etc.
