In our Enterprise Portal setup version 10.7.1 we have had 2 instances where we lose users and permission in our GIS Server server in both the python 27 and arcgis program folders with evidently allows for the Portal and published services to work.
The 1st instance - no idea why it occurred other than we could not access Portal nor any published maps.
The 2nd this weekend and our IT dept. updated Windows software. We were made aware when our Utility Control could access maps used in the 311 software.
Anyone else know why this would occur or had a similar issue.
