We have a user who works on a team which needs to share hosted feature layer overwriting and appending functionality.
The layers are shared in a group that has "shared updating" enabled. All of the group members are publishers. And all of the layers have editing enabled.
Is overwriting and appending data something that only an owner can do? Is there a way that multiple users can overwrite and append data to a hosted feature layer without being admins or changing ownership of a layer?
