minus & projections

I project a raster to another geographic transformation (store it in a gdb) do the minus tool (doing on the fly transform) having 0 values as a result. The storing compression in gdb is the default LZ77 format. The initial raster didn t have any compression.
However when i go with the identify button in some points it shows different values in the dataset when minus showed zero. What is happening?

Hi There.You may want to check your spatial reference using catalog or modify the projection using arctoolbox.also check your raster storage options in your environment settings.William.
