Measurement Type

Question:  In 10 ~ how do I change the Measurement Type (from Geodesic to Planar)?

On the measure tool, you can click the little drop down (downward facing arrow) and select Planar. If it is greyed out, try switching your data frame coordinate system to a projected coordinate system.

It was the coordinate system, had two different ones.  Thank you!!
