Are there any "best practices" for AGOL/Portal group creation and maintenance for a local government?
At the UC this year it seems every session I went to said to "create a group" for this. I'm concerned about "groups gone wild" maintenance issues! I've got to develop and maintain groups for an enterprise!
There is, in fact, a page by AGOL forLocal Government regarding GIS groups from an administrator's standpoint. Should be a decent starting point.
