I'm using ArcGIS Portal 10.6.1 and my maps and apps are apart of the Featured Maps and Apps group. This group is set to display everything in descending order for date modified. I have 1 primary web application that is used company wide and is created from web app builder developer (residing on a IIS server). How can i keep this Web Application always at beginning of Featured Maps and Apps list without making big changes to it? Every time i create a new group for users and make it apart of Featured Maps and Apps, it goes in front of my primary web map. Just wondering if there is a small trick to this or something I've overlooked.
