Hello,

We have our Enterprise GIS configured to use IWA but cannot access Portal for ArcGIS from the WebAdapter Server which is also the IIS server.  Is there a way to do this? Can access it fine from all other servers within the Enterprise and network.  It is needed for webhook functionality.

Thanks in advance for help tips on how to fix this.

Marjorie

@MarjorieDillinghamGOAA - That sounds like a loopback error.  If you disable IWA, are you able to access the Portal for ArcGIS page ok?  If so, you probably just need to disable the loopback check on your IIS server. This  link shows some different ways you can do that.

Thanks Jeff!

Yes, just have to sign in.

I found a Microsoft article about this and thought it might be the error but wanted to see if anyone else had a similar issue and how they resolved it.

I appreciate your response!
