In ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, when using the new Map Viewer to create Sketch layers, the 'Zoom to' option under the ellipsis (...) does not function properly.
It seems to zoom the user to a blank area of the map, sometimes the sea.
I have suggested that users make use of Bookmarks instead, but the original intended functionality would be better. Is this a known issue?
