We have upgraded the operating system from Windows 10 to Windows Server 2022. As part of this process, we created a new portal environment parallel to the existing (old) portal and migrated the Portal, Server, and Datastore (Relational and Object Datastore) to the new environment.
The migration of the portal server and relational datastore to the new portal environment was completed successfully. However, we are encountering an issue with the ArcGIS Object Datastore. When running the restoredatastore utility for restoring the backup of object datastore , we are receiving the following error:
Error encountered: Machine 'https://TSDSPENTDB1.ESRI.CORP:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin' returned an error. 'Failed to restore object store.
Caused by: Could not find a valid backup to restore the data store.
We are using the below command
restoredatastore --store object --source-loc \\xyzxy\datastore_backup\object --data-dir D:\arcgisdatastore --server-url https://xyzxyzx:6443 --server-admin siteadmin --server-password xyzx#123
