Is there any way to modify the default settings for the Table of Contents in Portal for ArcGIS? For instance, I have a webmap that has multiple group layers included, one for water features, sewer features, etc. When expanding the initial map service in the table of contents, every sub layer, annotation included, is automatically expanded by default. This is quite the annoyance when you want to turn a layer on or off that sits at the bottom of the list, as you either have to scroll all the way to the bottom, or collapse each layer individually. Is it possible to make the settings such that when expanding the map service, all layers are collapsed by default? I appreciate any info anyone may be able to provide!
