hyperlink on layout

Is it possible to create hyperlink on layout for export it to PDF?
If not, I wrote idea on site.  <--- This is a hyperlink 🙂

After exporting the ArcGIS map to pdf, the free Foxit Reader can be used to add hyperlinks. It's a workarround, but easy to learn.
