How do we create custom logs. We are using ArcGIS 10.4.1 on premises, we need to know how do we create custom logs for the web app, calling webservice and posting data to Elastic search tool? or any other tool?
we want to capture User Usage Statistic, like how many time user logged into the arcgis, unique user information and other user activity information.
