how do I change license to another computer?

I wanted to change the laptop I work on for arcMap because on the macbook it went to slow, but I can't figure out how to transfer my license from one computer to the other?

The ArcAdministrator also doesn't open on the windows laptop, does anyone have an idea about how to fix that?

Removing a data license

1. Using ArcGIS Administrator, select the Data Licenses folder in the table of contents.
2. From the list of installed data licenses, choose the license file name that you want to remove.
3. Click Remove. A message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to remove the selected data license.
4. Click Yes to remove the license or No if you want to keep the license installed.

And then try tu authorize in the new machine, i hope this help you.
