GenerateToken: Invalid username or password even with a valid User

Hi,

I have an web application connected to Portal for ArcGIS and a couple days ago this portal begin to does not accept generate token for LDAP Domains users.

I'm looking for any change in my environment, but as far as I know there wasn't any change in LDAP service or Portal for ArcGIS server.

This is my web application with the error:

The user and password is valid and also I can login with same domain account into the portal directly.

But when I try to use the GenerateToken Rest Service I receive Invalid username or password.

I can generate token with my Administrative acount (arcgis) normaly.

I'm using a non federated Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 with LDAP as Identity Store.

In the same server runs only the Portal for ArcGIS and my WebApp in IIS.

I solved the problem updating my Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 to 10.4;
