• We are experiencing "Error: The index service seems to be unavailable. Please check the index service." issue almost every day. Because every evening we are stopping the portal services and shutting down our cloud server, and next day morning we are starting the cloud server and starting the portal services. After this process we are experiencing this issue.
• We tried the steps from the following article https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000021448 and problem seems to resolved for that day but next day again the index exception occurs and contents in portal are not visible. And, we are repeating the steps from above article to resolve the issue every day.
• Can you please suggest Is there any better way to resolve this issue permanently?
